I am a research fellow at the Royal University of Phnom Penh (Cambodia), a country representative in Cambodia at Eval-Lab (France), and an adjunct lecturer at the Royal University of Law and Economics (Cambodia).

My interests lie in impact evaluations and economics, with a specific focus on education, health, and labor in Cambodia. My current work centers on the following areas:

• Inclusive education for children with disabilities

• Economic empowerment for vulnerable groups

• Microenterprise development and digital technology adoption

• Take-up of social protection among vulnerable groups
