Yukie Kudo is born on 14th of March 1965 in Hokkaido Japan where she spent 4 years and since then most of her life has been spent in Tokyo where she graduated with LLB from the University of Tokyo ( Tokyo University ) with major in laws , followed by her work at JP Morgan ( Corporate Finance Officer for Institutional Investors ) then McKinsey & Co ( London & Tokyo ) . She also has Master's Degree ( MSc) in Economics from LSE ( London School of Economics ) London UK. followed by the Highest Honour Diploma from IHEDN( French National High Level of Defence Study - Post Graduate ) in Paris France. Since 1992, she has been working as a journalist / newscaster/ commentator / professor in major Japanese as well as international media such as BBC( UK & Worldwide ) , CNN, CBS, ABC , NBC ( US and Worldwide ) . She also has been a close friend of Empress Masako of Japanese Imperial Family.

She has interviewed with huge accolade on to her as well the international VIP such as Mr.George Soros, Sir Richard Branson, Madame Sadako Ogata, Baroness Margarette Thatcher , Mr.Yasushi Akashi, and many notable artists such as Mr.Stanislav Bunin ( pianist and the winner of Long-Thibaud 1983 and Chopin International Piano Competition 1985 ) , the well known tenor Luciano Pavarotti etc.

She has written many articles and thesis on the Japanese as well as international printing media as well on the theme of current affairs , history, royal families in the UK , Imperial Family of Japan and media literacy.

Also she has written 5 books of non fiction. And also her notable works are to represented Japan several times officially in 2003 by the invitations by US Government and French Government. Her expertise ranges widely in the areas of Defence, Economics, Finance, Arts , History , Media Literacy.

She was chosen by the International School of Political Science of Post Graduate School of Columbia University in NY , USA as one of the top 10 most worthy and competent lecturers in the world .

She loves classical music , opera, ballet , performing arts including Japanese Kabuki and also watching figure skating , football ( soccer ) since early childhood. Her nationality is Japanese with the native of Japanese Language, but she has a command of native level of British English and also has the capabilities of French and German. During her high school days, she attended AFS Year Programme to NY State in the US and during her "exchange student days" she was the highest scorer of the Math League of the entire US. She graduated from 2 High Schools - one in the US and one in Japan.

During her high school days, she was awarded the top of the nation of Japan ( Official English Proficiency Test with highest category - !st Degree ) with her TOEIC Score is 960. During her University Days , she was chosen for the Foreign Minister Prize for Nationwide Thesis & Speech Contest which gave her the chances to visit 5 ASEAN nations as a Prize. Also during her university days, she won the 1st prizes of the nationwide thesis contests 3 times - once by Sankei Newspaper Co, and twice by the Diamond Publishing Co. And at the University of Tokyo where she belonged to ESS , she got huge number of nationwide prizes in the areas of Debate and also Speech in English.



She was chosen " The Most Genius " in the class of '83 at Glen's Falls High School in NY State US where she graduated with the Highest Honour.

Most of her life has been lived and spent in Tokyo , but she has been transferred a lot due to her father's profession as an public officer and also she has lived in the US, London and Paris during her adulthood.
