I am a social psychologist and an assistant professor at Kobe University. I earned my B.A. in commerce and management from Hitotsubashi University in 2018 and my M.A. (2020) and Ph.D. (2024) in social psychology from the University of Tokyo. My research interests include cooperation, fairness, and social norms. I currently focus on how people judge the fairness of division of labor and why they sometimes deviate from what they consider fair.
