工場向け電子制御システム検査装置（LET)の電子回路設計、作動音検査アルゴリズムの開発を担当しました。LETとは、急激に増加している車両の電子制御システムの品質を保証するための検査装置です。工場環境で求められる耐久性を実現するため、より厳しい車載ECUの開発フローを適用し、車載要件同等の信頼性試験をクリアしました。

I was in charge of electronic circuit design for an electronic control system inspection device, LET. LET is an inspection device to guarantee the quality of electronic control systems in vehicles, which are rapidly increasing. In order to achieve the durability required in a factory environment, we applied a more stringent development flow for vehicle ECUs and passed reliability tests equivalent to the in-vehicle requirements.

また、分散を用いた独自の作動音検査アルゴリズムの開発しました。雑音の大きい環境では、誤ってノイズを作動音として検知てしまう可能性があるため、単純なしきい値判定ができません。さらに、作動音の周波数に個体差が存在するため、事前に作動音周波数を一意に決定することができないという2つの課題がありました。本手法では、作動音の周波数成分によらず、ピーク周波数の分散が小さいという特性に着目し、ロバストな自動検査アルゴリズムを開発しました。

We have developed a unique working noise inspection algorithm using dispersion.

In a noisy environment, it is not possible to make a simple threshold judgment because noise may be mistakenly detected as actuation sound. Furthermore, the frequency of the actuation sound cannot be uniquely determined in advance due to individual differences in the frequency of actuation sounds.

In this method, we developed a robust automatic inspection algorithm by focusing on the characteristic of small variance of peak frequency regardless of the frequency component of the actuation sound.

以下の図は実験結果を示しています。下の図は、ピーク周波数を示しています。作動音が鳴っている間は、ピーク周波数が一定であるのに対し、作動音がない区間においては、ピーク周波数にばらつきがあることがわかります。この特性を利用することで、右図のように非常に雑音の大きい環境下においても、安定した検査性能を示すことがわかりました。

The figure below shows the peak frequency. It can be seen that the peak frequency is constant while the operating sound is playing, while there is a variation in the peak frequency when there is no operating sound. By using this algorithm, stable inspection performance was achieved even in a very noisy environment as shown in the figure on the right.
