Yui grew up in rural Thailand, surrounded by fresh ingredients, street food and family recipes passed down through generations.
After moving to South Normanton, she began cooking for family, friends, neighbours, co-workers- and nobody every refused second helpings!
Yuis Thai Pantry is our way of sharing those home-style Thai flavours with our local community, one Thai Tuesday at a time!
