Set 300 years before the events of Andrei: The Movie it takes the tale of Luca, the master of Plasma. Luca envelops into a journey of saving his nation but quickly turns into a deal of saving the world when, Nathan, the weather man, and Zach, the controller of magnetism, team up and try to take the world over. Luca, slowly over his journey, learns more about his powers and faces off super humans employed by Zach and Nathan.
