I am currently a fifth year Ph.D. student in mathematics at University of California San Diego in the United States, advised by Prof. Zhouli Xu. I expect to complete my Ph.D. in June 2027.
Before my Ph.D. program, I obtained my master’s degree in mathematics in Europe, at Universität Regensburg and Université Paris-Saclay under the supervision of Prof. Kęstutis Česnavičius. Before my master’s program, I got my bachelor’s degree in mathematics at Tsinghua University in China.
My principal research is in equivariant, motivic, and chromatic homotopy theory. In particular, I study filtered and synthetic spectra and their applications to computational principles for spectral sequences. I further employ these tools in concrete computations, with a focus on the equivariant slice spectral sequences.
I am also interested in arithmetic geometry, especially p-adic Hodge theory, and in its connections with algebraic K-theory and chromatic homotopy theory.
My CV is here (updated October 2026).
