I am an assistant professor at the Department of Mathematics at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Before that, I was a postdoc at the University of Michigan. I received my Ph.D. degree in Mathematics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and received my Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics at Peking University, China. 

I am interested in number theory, group theory and arithmetic geometry.
