I am an assistant professor of Data Science and Business Analytics at the Business school of the Hebrew University. Before joining in 2022, I spent several years in data science and machine learning R&D roles at large technology companies. I was a post-doctoral fellow at the Rotman school of management at the University of Toronto, and hold a PhD degree in computational neuroscience from the Hebrew University.
My current research interests include topics in human centered AI, and especially various social aspects of AI systems (safety, privacy, fairness, detecting fake content), as well as applications of data science in Ecology, Operations Research, and Transportation science.
