Registration fees

• Shared double room: 400 Euro, includes food (breakfast and lunches) and social dinner

• Shared double room with financial support: 200 Euro, includes food (breakfast and lunches) and social dinner

• Single room: 500 Euro, includes food (breakfast and lunches) and social dinner

• No accomodation: 130 Euro, includes lunches and social dinner

Important: The fee will only need to be paid once your application is accepted, i.e. after the deadline of 15th of February 2024.

You can request financial support in the application form. Provide a motivation letter explaining why this is necessary for you to attend the school. Support will offer a 50% reduction in the registration fee for a shared double room (i.e. 200 Euro), which includes accommodation and meals. We are not able to provide support for travel costs.

Important: Please do not finalise your travel itinerary or try to book accommodation until your application has been accepted.

Poster session

The participants will have the possibility to present their research at a poster session during the school. 

Details about the poster session will be sent with the confirmation email.
