Abstract
As the world turns to the graphical user interfaces, computer programming languages are changing to accommodate the shift. Software is used in lot of places.
Now it becomes necessary for big organization to use computer in their daily works.
It has involved each and every place of the billing work starting from Job card and Job Card Estimate to the billing process and reports.
I have prepared this project in Visual Studio 2008 (C#.NET) as front-end and SQL Server 2005 as backend with my little knowledge in both subjects, I have tried to make this project easy to use, error free and easy to maintain.
I have completely tested this project on analysis, implementation, required, testing, perfect designing, and also test coding and error.
This project provides use of the store data in without documentation. And also provides a services setup, parts setup, and job card setup management. The system must be providing a flexibility and portability of generating.

Problem Identification
We gave many problems are identify to this software and we try to understand this problem, we have analysis to this problem and solve this problems in new software.
First is module is not proper work in software and module is not uses to proper. Solver to add best module in software we use proper.
This software is not recommended. This is not use proper in other system. And, same module to use after create documentation, we changer this module and get best services for this module without documentation.
In software database is MS Access. We change to SQL server 2005.
This software is a Desktop Application. So, add a new module for admin login to start software, it provide a safely data, and not use or see data to any other person.
Old software is Web Application , we change to Desktop Application.
Problem Modification
This desktop application is only admin authorities, this application cannot use of user. We provides to Login system. Here, admin is login to application after use of any module and feasibility.
Admin can change like add product, delete product, update product and add category, sub-category and change the password. We also provide a backup and restore feasibility in some problem, and some data is wrong.
Desktop application in fill details of job card (Car Services), in module to how many services are completed and how many services is reminder for buyer customer.
This application is only after sell car providing. Here, any services a car in which parts is add and remove; this application is provide a “Service Area”. How many employees are working in service area? Details of all employees.
We use of job card (servicing car) estimates will provide an estimates of add parts and service.
We also provide a service type. There are two types of services.
5t KM
7.5t KM
In 5t KMPH is first service on car. This provides free service for Chevrolet Company.
In 7.5t KMPH is second free service. This service is available for 5t Kilometers to 7.5t Kilometers.
Job Card
Estimate drop down list to include the customer name in job card (to do. Search button to be provide. Search detail to include estimate number, registration number, customer name)
Service schedule changes from 5K to 7.5K. In this version following changes has been done.
*6 Month and 5K schedule will applicable for vehicle sold under CPCOO before 07/May/2012 for job card open under CPCOO category.
*6 Month and 7.5K schedule will applicable for vehicle sold under CPCOO onwards 07/May/2012 for job card open under CPCOO category.
*6 Month and 5K schedule will applicable for Tavera & Tavera BS4 model vehicle for fob card open under Menu Service category without regarding vehicle sale date.
*6 Month and 7.5 schedule will applicable for other than Tavera and Tavera BS4 model vehicles for job card open under Menu Service category without regarding sale date.
Job Card Estimate
System will calculate discount on paint labor automatically if paint labor is being used in a job card estimate after implementation of this version. For other than paint labor user has to pass the discount as they are passing earlier.
The auto discount will be calculated on the following labors. TG labor starting with character “B”. X labor with in X000111 – X000182 Local Labor “YP01” or any other non restricted local labor codes marked as paint labor.
Job Bill
System will calculate discount on paint labor automatically if used against a job card after implementation of this version. For other than paint labor user has to pass the discount as they are passing earlier. The auto discount will be calculated on the following labors.
Daily Report
List of Job Card – New option provided to see the jobs open through appointments/ without appointments.
Vehicle History Card
From this version user can include or exclude Accessory Fitment job card in vehicle history.
Part Master List
Model description will be printed in the report.
Description of Industrial Process
Process model
The activities of the software development process represented in the iterative model. There are several other models to represent this process. To solve the actual problems in an industry setting, a software engineer or developers must incorporate a development strategy that encompasses the process, method and tool layers and generic phases. This strategy is called Process model or Software.
A process model for software engineering is chosen based on nature of the project and application, the methods and tools to be used and the controls that are required. The process model used in our project is “Iterative Model”
Iterative model:-
The iterative model allows different parts of the system to be developed separately, each with its own life cycle iteration.
Each lifecycle includes a requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, documentation, integration and maintenance phase. The first iteration usually produces a working version of the system on which subsequent iterations build.
The iterative model provides a more flexible and less costly alternative to the waterfall model in which changes to the scope or requirements of the project can be more easily accommodated.
Each step can be completed relatively quickly, and is easier to manage. Like the waterfall model, however, each phase of each step must be completed before the next phase can commence, and the overall system architecture may be poorly defined in the early stages of the project.
Feasibility Analysis
The analysis of a problem to determine if it can be solve effectively. The operational (will it work?), economical (costs and benefits) and technical (can it be built?) aspects are part of the study. Results of the study determine whether the solution should be implemented.

In this module we can consider the all stock report of the parts.
This module is providing an automatic increase and decrease parts to stock.
If bill was printed than the part will automatically decrees in parts module.
If a new part was add than the part will automatically increase in parts module.
