A new chapter and new leaders were witnessed in the 2nd Virtual Turn Over Ceremony of The Boy Scout of the Philippines Outfit No. 72- University of Saint Anthony Chapter. It was held last November 5, 2021, via Facebook Live with the theme, “Senior Scouts: Serving the Community with Courage and Dedication and Facing Challenges amidst Pandemic".

V.S Kent Charles B. Namoro was announced as the New Grand Senior Crew Leader. He pledged “I V.S. Kent Charles B. Namoro the Incoming Grand Senior Crew Leader of Scouting Year 2021-2022, I accept the duties and responsibilities as the newly appointed grand senior crew leader, Again I V.S. Kent Charles B. Namoro, Accept the challenge".
