Today June 19, 2021, the official publication of the University of Saint Anthony Junior High School Department successfully held the first-ever Turnover Ceremony to present a new set of editors that will continue the legacy of the organization. (via FB live)

The first-ever turnover ceremony of the publication was initiated by the Editorial Board batch 2020-2021 and was spearheaded by Mary Lorelie A. Potencio as its outgoing Editor in Chief. Before the actual ceremony, the outgoing editors conducted a screening for all the applicants in each field. They also had an interview for the aspiring Editor in Chief, Associate Editor, and Managing Editor, which was held last June 14 to select the incoming editors of the publication.

The program of the event included the lecture of the guest speaker, Mr. Farley De Lima Bermeo Jr., former Editor-In-Chief of the Yraga/Amudyong batch 2015-2016. He discussed changing the landscape of Journalism. According to him, “As student journalists, our primary responsibility or job is to be storytellers; and regardless of the landscape of communication, campus journalism will always be about storytelling.”
