YRAGA/AMUDYONG INAUGURATES FIRST WEBINAR

Starting off its first ever webinar, the Yraga/Amudyong School Publication, the official publication of the USANT Junior High School Department, conducted a web seminar last October 11, 2020 with the theme Media Literacy: Promoting Transparency Amidst a Pandemic.
In the live talk proper of the speaker during the webinar, Mr. Sean Lawrence Elevado – the guest speaker, tackled all about media literacy – it’s field of study, function and importance to the whole community.
Elevado, a media production professional from ABS-CBN, also tackled the issues surrounding the spread of information during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Before the actual webinar started, a live video co-hosted by the Editorial Board and Student Government Federation, was aired on Facebook, discussing the scope of the webinar.
The maiden webinar of Yraga / Amudyong boasted 77 participants, with more webinars to be held in the future.
