Teachers. They are our educators, second parents, role models, and inspirations. They have become part of our success as students. Also, these special people are the instruments for having better servers of our country in the future.
This October 5, we celebrate World Teachers’ Day, in which we recognize and give appreciation to our beloved teachers for doing their parts as educators and being good examples to us.
Due to the pandemic, our mode of learning has become different and challenging for all of us. We cannot deny the fact that it wasn’t easy. All of us found it hard and tiring, not just us students but teachers as well. They sacrifice a lot of time in preparing the PowerPoint presentations, quizzes, and also finding time to study their lessons so that they can discuss them effectively for their students. Let us take into consideration that teaching virtually is not easy, and remember the barriers during online classes like technical difficulties, slow internet connection, and a lot more.
Our teachers should be admired because of their patience, hard work, dedication for always being passionate in teaching us. I salute them for giving importance to their students and helping us learn and adjust to this new situation. They are the Heroes of Learners because, through them, we can say that learning does not stop amidst the pandemic, and they will continue to increase our knowledge, and we should thank them for that. Our teachers mold us to be better, more educated, and responsible citizens of tomorrow. I hope that as students, we will never forget them as the people who paved the way for our future.
According to Malala Yusafzai, “One child, One Teacher, One book, And One pen can change the world," and I believe in that. Together with our teachers, we can make a better world. We loved and thank you all so much for all of your efforts in teaching us. Although it was difficult because of our current situation, you continued to be a beacon of light that guided us towards the future. We will forever be grateful. I hope that someday we can make you all proud.
HAPPY WORLD TEACHERS' DAY!
