For applications that include subscription services, you can subscribe to the Services through the subscription system of the App Store or other application stores. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the subscription expires. You can manage your subscriptions, including canceling automatic renewal, in the account settings of the App Store.
4. Subscription Overview
Subscription Type: We provide a variety of subscription types, including but not limited to monthly, quarterly and annual subscriptions. The service content, access rights and prices provided by each subscription type may vary.
Automatic Renewal: All subscriptions will automatically renew unless you cancel your subscription through the App Store settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. The renewal fee will be charged based on the billing cycle and the price at that time when you first subscribed.
Trial period: Some subscriptions may include a trial period, allowing you to experience some or all of the services before paying. After the trial period ends, unless you go to the App Store to cancel your subscription, it will be automatically charged according to the normal subscription fee.
5. Price and Payment
Price Information: The subscription price and any applicable taxes will be clearly listed on the subscription confirmation page. Prices may be adjusted based on changes in region, subscription type, or promotions, and we will notify you of any price changes in advance via in-app notification or email.
Payment method: All subscription fees will be deducted from your Apple ID account and the payment method associated with it (such as a credit card, debit card, or Apple Pay balance).
6. User Consent for Data Processing Related to Refund Requests
In accordance with the App Store’s refund policy, when a user initiates a refund request, our server will receive a notification (CONSUMPTION_REQUEST) from Apple. In such cases, we will provide Apple with data related to the user’s subscription to assist Apple in making a decision regarding the refund request. Please note that the data provided is strictly limited to subscription-related consumption information and does not include any personal or sensitive data. We are committed to complying with Apple’s requirements and ensuring that all data processing activities fully adhere to privacy protection laws and regulations. By using this app, you consent to the transmission of your subscription consumption data to Apple, as required for processing refund requests, in compliance with the App Store’s refund policies.
7. Rules of Use
When using any of our applications, you shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to intellectual property laws, cybersecurity laws, personal information protection laws, etc.
You shall not use our applications to conduct any illegal, irregular or infringing acts on the legitimate rights and interests of others, including but not limited to publishing false information, maliciously attacking others, spreading viruses, etc.
We have the right to monitor and manage your use behavior. If we find that you have violated these terms or relevant laws and regulations, we have the right to take measures such as restricting functions, deleting content, and banning accounts.
8. Intellectual Property
The intellectual property rights of our applications and all content (such as text, pictures, audio, video, etc.) contained therein belong to us or relevant rights holders. When using our applications, you should respect and protect our intellectual property rights.
