This contest is open to individuals in grades 8 through 12.  Entry is based on submitting a document/file with ideas or a plan on how the 103rd precinct could better engage community youth.  Your submission could be in the form of a video or audio file (no more than 1-2 minutes in length), or a typed document (no more than 1 page).  Be honest, creative, and most importantly have fun.  This is an opportunity to use the power of your voice for change.  


Your submission must include your full name, age, grade, valid contact number, and email address.  If submitting an audio or video file, please be sure to start your content off with the above information.  One submission per person and the last date to submit your file is Friday, February 28, 2023, at 11 pm.  Winners will be announced and contacted no later than Monday, March 13, 2023.  You may submit your file directly below by using GoogleForms or via email to communityaffairs_103@outlook.com and your file size should be 20 MB or less.
