YourWorkoutLog ("we," "our," or "the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information through the YourWorkoutLog mobile application.
YourWorkoutLog is designed with a "Privacy First" philosophy.
No Accounts: You do not need to create an account, provide an email address, or sign in to use the App.
No Personal Information: We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, location, or contact details.
No Analytics: We do not use third-party tracking tools or analytics to monitor your behavior within the App.
All data you enter into YourWorkoutLog—including workout logs, exercise names, personal records, and energy levels—is stored locally on your device using industry-standard local storage (IndexedDB). Since the data is stored locally on your device, they will stay there until you actively choose to delete them.
We do not have access to this data.
This data is not uploaded to any servers or cloud storage controlled by us.
If you delete the App or clear your browser/app cache, your data will be permanently lost unless you have previously used the "Export Backup" feature.
In the app under settings you can manually delete your data at any time.
You own your data. YourWorkoutLog provides an export feature that allows you to save your workout history to a JSON file. When you use the "Share" or "Export" function, the App may access your device's native sharing capabilities to save the file to your chosen location. We do not track or see where you save or send these files.
YourWorkoutLog does not display advertisements and does not integrate with third-party social media platforms or external APIs that track user data.
The App is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. We do not collect information from children under the age of 18.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Since we do not collect user contact information, we cannot notify you directly. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
