Your FlashCards is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our application.

1. Data Collection and Storage

We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers.
All flashcard content, decks, learning progress, and app preferences are stored locally on your device using secure local storage. We do not have access to your data in any form.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Your FlashCards does not collect any of the following:

• Personal information (name, email address, phone number)

• Usage analytics or behavioral data

• Location data

• Device identifiers or tracking data

• Cookies or similar tracking technologies

3. App Permissions

Your FlashCards requests only the minimal permissions required for core functionality:

• Storage Access — Used solely to save and retrieve your flashcard data locally. Data never leaves your device.
• Vibration — Provides optional haptic feedback during card interactions. This can be disabled in device settings.
• Internet Access — Used only for optional donation features (via Google Play Billing) and to display the privacy policy. No user data is transmitted.

4. In-App Purchases

Your FlashCards offers optional donation packages to support development. All transactions are processed securely through the Google Play Billing system. We do not have access to your payment information.

5. Data Security

All data is stored locally on your device. Therefore, the security of your flashcard content depends on your device’s security settings. We recommend enabling device-level protections such as screen locks.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data remains on your device until you choose to delete it.
You may delete:

• Individual cards

• Entire decks

• All app data (via app settings)

Uninstalling the app will permanently remove all associated data from your device.

7. Children’s Privacy

Your FlashCards does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The app includes no advertising and no external links other than the privacy policy and donation features.

8. Third-Party Services

Your FlashCards does not use:

• Analytics services

• Advertising networks

• Social media integrations

The only third-party component is Google Play Billing for optional donations.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be reflected with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the app after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
