Return Policy

Timeframe: You have 3 days from the date of receipt to return items.
Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Products delivery is more than 3 days old
Staples and packaged food items
Request a Return: Log in to your account and navigate to the “Orders” section. Select the order containing the item you wish to return and click on “Return Item.” Alternatively, you can contact our customer service team at your.essentials.noida@gmail.com to request a return.
Receive a Return Authorization: Once your request is processed, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning your item.
Prepare Your Package: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Attach the Return Authorization label (if provided) to the package.
Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Address: Send your return to the address provided in the Return Authorization instructions.
Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. We do not offer direct exchanges.
Reporting Issues: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
