O God, loving Father,
Creator of heaven and earth, of all things visible and invisible,
I love You, adore You, praise You, trust in You, depend upon You,
and thank You with my whole heart.
Lord, have mercy on me a poor sinner:
forgive all that I have done wrong and all the good I have failed to do.
I thank You for the priceless gift of Your only-begotten Son, Jesus Christ,
my Lord, Savior, and Redeemer.Together with the Holy Spirit—
the Lord and Giver of Life, our Advocate—You guide and strengthen us each day.
Today grant me the quiet rhythm of a life unhurried where the speed of joy reveals itself—not as a frantic rush, but as the gentle pace where presence blooms and the soul finally catches its breath.Help me to slow down to meet each moment with open hands, and to discover joy moves at exactly the right speed: deliberate, deep, and delightfully human.
This day, and every day of my life, give me the grace to surrender fully to You,
to embrace Your holy will, and to receive the virtues and strength needed to live it faithfully.
