Your Caregiver Journey

“The vast majority of health care is actually provided by families, not by healthcare professionals”

A Journey of thoughts

In November of 2010, my youngest daughter, Sephine, who was 4 at the time, was diagnosed with a rare form of stage 3 cancer called Rhabdomyosarcoma. This launched my motherhood into understanding a totally different meaning of caregiver. Because of the hardships and the pain that interwove their way into my life, I have learned how to acknowledge areas that I find joy and strength not only in my journey as a caregiver, but my life beyond the role.

I KNOW WHAT YOU ARE GOING THROUGH! I AM HERE TO HELP YOU FIND YOUR STRENGTH AND JOY TOO!
