These Terms of Use outline the rules and regulations for the use of « Your PDF Catalogs of products » App, (« Catalog App »).

Basic Introduction
Patrice BARBAROUX developed Catalog App for creating PDF product catalogs from entered or imported data. As a Freemium app, the initial app download is free. To unlock access to an increased product capacity, a subscription is required. Without subscription, only 16 products can be managed within the app. With subscription, you can manage a maximum of 200 products or an unlimited number of products.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By downloading, accessing Catalog App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Catalog App.
This document can be changed at any time. By continuing to use Catalog App you agree to any revised Terms.
Subscription
A subscription offers to manage a maximum of 200 products or an unlimited number of products for 1-month, 3-months or 6-months.
Catalog App offers 6 auto-renewing subscription options:
. To manage a maximum of 200 products for 1 month: 1.99 EUR
. To manage a maximum of 200 products for 3 month: 4.99 EUR
. To manage a maximum of 200 products for 6 month: 8.99 EUR
. To manage an unlimited number of products for 1 month: 2.99 EUR
. To manage an unlimited number of products for 3 month: 6.99 EUR
. To manage an unlimited number of products for 6 month: 12.99 EUR
These prices are for European customers. Pricing in other countries may vary and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on the country of residence.
Choose your initial subscription inside Catalog App then payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
Catalog App will automatically charge your iTunes Account at the end of your subscription unless the auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of your current period. You can turn off auto-renew at any time but you will still receive full functionality until the end of your current period, unused portions of the subscription can’t be refund. Catalog App subscriptions can’t be shared using Family Sharing.
