Once you have chosen your desired class/genre a copy of our Terms and Conditions will be sent, along with a link to our ONLINE Enrolment Form.

Upon receipt, your Enrolment will start to be processed. Once complete you will receive confirmation along with a start date and invoice for membership/class fees, payment is via BACS.

OPEN FOR ENROLMENTS, throughout Half Term One, Two, Three and Four, providing space is available. A waiting list is in place for classes that are currently FULL.

Unfortunately, out of general respect and etiquette of other training providers we DO NOT accept pupils who attend classes elsewhere.

A one off fee of £10.00 per person is due at point of Enrolment. 

This fee is then funded by the school each consecutive academic year that enrolment follows. Please note the fee will only be repayable after cancellation of initial enrolment and you are looking to rejoin. 

Invoices are sent out via email on a 'Half Termly' basis, issued and due payable by the deadline date, usually 3 days prior to the START of the forthcoming Half Term.

Surcharge of £5.00 is added to late payments and no classes can be attended until fees are paid. Specific payment dates and further details are available in our Terms and Conditions.

GROUP SESSION, breakdown cost:

• £4.50 - 30mins

• £5.50 - 45mins

• £6.50 - 60mins

10% discount is applied to individual membership accounts where students participate in 4+ sessions a week. This excludes Private 1:2:1 tuition or when an exemption has been submitted.

PRIVATE TUITION, breakdown cost:

• £7.00 - 15mins

• £14.00 - 30mins

• £21.00 - 45mins

• £28.00 - 60mins

"BOOK OFF SCHEDULED ABSENCES IN ADVANCE AND DON'T GET CHARGED"

EXEMPTION FORMS submitted online and in time before the cut off for each Half Term, will be deducted from your forthcoming invoice. 

Exemptions submitted after the cut off will not be deducted nor carried over to future invoices.

CANCELLATION FORM needs to be submitted online and in time before the cut off for each Half Term. 

This is applicable for either of the following:

•  Discontinue or Swap a class - Continue Membership

•  Leave the school - Cancel Membership

Cancellations submitted after the cut off will still be charged accordingly.
