Method 3 Contact YouTube  Report Abuse

3- Click I STILL WANT TO FILE A PRIVACY COMPLAINT. You'll see this blue button in the middle of the page.

4- Click CONTINUE. It's under the "contact the uploader" section.

5- Click I HAVE REVIEWED THE COMMUNITY GUIDELINES.

6- Click CONTINUE. This verifies that you understand that filing a false report may result in account suspension.

7- Select a privacy violation. Click on YOUR IMAGE OR FULL NAME or YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS depending on the type of privacy violation you have experienced.

8- Enter the basic information. Fill in the following fields:

9- Enter the URL of the channel. In the "Include channel URL..." text field, enter the web address of the channel from which the privacy violation originated.

10- Add the video URL. In the "Include URLs of the videos in question" text field, enter the web addresses of any videos from the channel you mentioned above that violate your privacy.

This is a good place to list your history with the person behind the channel, or to detail your process so far (for example, clarifying that you've contacted the channel and requested that the information be removed).

14- Check the "I agree to the following statements" boxes. This section includes a "I have a good faith belief..." box and a "I declare that the information..." box.

15- Check the "I'm not a robot" box. It's at the bottom of the page.

16- Click SUBMIT. This blue button is at the bottom left of the page. Doing so will submit your privacy complaint for review. If YouTube finds the claim actionable, the account to which the content is posted will need to remove the content and may be suspended.
