Information We Do Not Collect
The app does not request or process any of the following:
Name, email address, phone number, or any other contact details;
Precise or approximate location data;
Device identifiers, advertising identifiers, or device fingerprinting data;
Contacts, messages, call logs, photos, or files on your device;
Camera, microphone, or biometric data;
Browsing history, search queries, or usage analytics.
Information Stored on Your Device
The only data the app keeps is stored locally on your device in private app storage (Android SharedPreferences), and it never leaves your device:
Duel records — your in-game wins, losses, draws, win streaks, pearls won and best hand;
Milestones — which hand achievements you have unlocked;
Preferences — haptic feedback;
The last web address you opened in the built-in browser layer.
You can clear this data at any time from Abyss → Preferences → Clear saved data. Uninstalling the app deletes all of it permanently.
Permissions
YonoMonster requests the following Android permissions, and uses each one only as described:
Permission Why it is used
INTERNET To load web pages in the optional, built-in browser layer. It is not used to send or receive any data about you.
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE To check whether a network connection is available before the browser layer loads a page.
The app does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts, storage, or any other sensitive permission. The card game is fully functional offline.
The Built-in Browser Layer
YonoMonster includes an optional WebView layer that can display web pages you choose to open. When you open an external website in this layer, that website is operated by a third party and is governed by its own privacy policy and terms. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content or privacy practices of any third-party website.
We do not read, log, or store the content you view in the browser layer. The only value kept on the device is the last address you opened, so the layer can restore it for your convenience.
Children's Privacy
YonoMonster is not directed to children, and because the app collects no personal information from anyone, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children of any age.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share any personal information with third parties, because we do not collect any in the first place. We would only disclose information if required to do so by law, and there is no personal information to disclose.
Security
All data described in this policy is stored locally on your device within Android's private, sandboxed app storage. The app does not transmit data, so there are no servers, backups, or third-party services that could be involved in a breach. We still recommend keeping your device's operating system up to date.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
