Yongping Bao

I obtained my Ph.D in Economics from the University of Konstanz. I work as a postdoctoral researcher at SOCIUM research center on Inequality and Social Policy of the University of Bremen since the year 2024. 

My research focuses on behavioral and experimental economics, with a particular emphasis on applied game theory, especially in the context of repeated games. I am also interested in human-algorithm interaction and algorithm-guided decision-making. My work explores how humans and algorithms interact in various scenarios, including exploration-exploitation problems, economic interactions, and public administration.
