YonoNeonDraw
Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 12, 2026
1. Scope
This policy covers YonoNeonDraw (the "app"), a card game with three modes and an optional in-app browser layer. By installing or using the app you accept this policy.
2. What the App Collects
Nothing you type. There is no account, sign-up, login or profile, and we never ask for your name, email address or phone number.
Game data kept on your device. Your best scores in each mode, runs played, total banked, longest circuit, the date of your last Ascend board, your preferences, and the last web address opened in the in-app browser. This is stored in private app storage, never uploaded to us, and can be erased from inside the app.
Collected automatically when you play:
the Android advertising identifier, which the app reads and sends to our configuration service (see section 4);
a device-generated identifier, used when the advertising identifier is unavailable or all zeros;
device and technical data — model, operating system version, language, screen characteristics, app version and installation identifier;
usage data — app launches, session length and in-app events;
your IP address, which is visible to any server the app contacts and can indicate an approximate country or region;
crash and performance reports.
The app does not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, calendar, photos, files, camera or microphone content, or precise location.
3. Advertising Identifier
The app reads the resettable advertising identifier provided by Android in order to identify the installation to our configuration service, measure the performance of marketing campaigns, and detect fraudulent installs.
We do not use it to build advertising profiles ourselves, and we do not link it to anything that directly identifies you. You can reset or delete it at any time in your device settings under the privacy or ads section, and on supported devices you can opt out of personalised advertising there. Resetting it does not stop the app working.
4. The Configuration Service
On launch the app contacts a configuration service over HTTPS to retrieve the address of the page its browser layer should open. That request sends the advertising identifier or the device-generated identifier described above, a small set of fixed technical parameters identifying the app build, and your IP address.
We use these values only to serve that configuration. We do not sell them and we do not combine them with anything that identifies you personally.
5. The In-App Browser
The app can display web pages supplied by the configuration service. Any website shown there is operated by a third party and is governed by that party's own privacy policy and terms, which we do not control and are not responsible for.
We do not read, log or store the pages you view. The only value kept on your device is the last address opened, so the layer can restore it. The layer can be closed at any time from its own close control.
6. Third-Party Services
The app includes the following software development kits. Each provider processes information under its own privacy policy.
Service Purpose
Google Firebase Analytics App usage analytics and engagement measurement.
Google Firebase Installations Issues the app instance identifier Firebase Analytics relies on.
Google Play Services — Ads Identifier Provides the advertising identifier.
Meta / Facebook SDK Reports app events and measures campaign performance.
OkHttp Networking library used for the request described in section 4. Collects nothing itself.
7. Permissions
Permission Why it is declared
INTERNET To contact the configuration service, let the services above work, and load pages in the browser layer.
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE To check whether a connection is available before making a request.
ACCESS_WIFI_STATE To detect whether the device is on Wi-Fi.
AD_ID To read the advertising identifier.
READ_PHONE_STATE Declared for installation identification. The app does not read your phone number, your call log or the contents of any call.
The app does not request your camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, photos, files, SMS or precise location. The card game itself works entirely offline.
8. Retention, Deletion and Your Requests
Your scores and preferences stay on your device until you clear them from inside the app, and uninstalling removes them permanently. The advertising identifier can be reset or deleted in your device settings.
Information held by the third-party services in section 6 and by our configuration service is kept only as long as it serves the purposes described above, under each provider's own retention policy.
You may ask us to access, correct or delete information associated with your device or installation by contacting us below, and we will respond as required by applicable law. To stop the app collecting anything further, simply uninstall it.
9. Children's Privacy
The app is not directed to children under 13, or the equivalent minimum age where you live, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the app, contact us below and we will delete it.
10. Security
Game data is held in the operating system's private, sandboxed app storage, which other applications cannot read. All communication with our configuration service and the services in section 6 uses encrypted HTTPS, and the app does not permit cleartext network traffic.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information described here.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any change will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after a change is posted means you accept the updated policy.
12. Contact
For any question about this policy, or to make a request under section 8, contact us at lineoro20@gmail.com.
