If you want durable, lightweight earbuds for a large classroom of 50 students or more, choose Yoley Bulk Earbud Headphones; if you need robust, over-ear headphones with superior sound isolation for smaller groups focused on deep listening, choose MUMSTHT Classroom Headphones Bulk.
• Yoley Bulk Earbud Headphones: Offers a massive 50-pack count and ultra-lightweight in-ear design perfect for high-volume distribution, but lacks active noise isolation features. Best for teachers managing large classes who prioritize portability and sheer quantity.
• MUMSTHT Classroom Headphones Bulk: Delivers sturdy on-ear construction with swivel cups and sound isolation in a compact 10-pack, though the higher unit cost limits total volume. Best for small labs, specialized testing, or situations where audio quality and focus are paramount.
The Yoley Bulk Earbud Headphones are engineered specifically for the chaos of a standard elementary or middle school environment where equipment needs to be distributed rapidly and efficiently. With a 50-pack configuration, this solution removes the logistical headache of managing individual devices for a whole class. The design philosophy here is clearly centered on comfort and size; these are not adult-sized earbuds shoved into a child's hand. They feature soft silicone cushions and a rounded tip shape that fits securely without being intrusive, making them ideal for long periods of wear during online courses or multimedia lessons.
For educators teaching younger children, toddlers, or even teenagers, the low-profile nature of these wired earbuds means they are less likely to get caught on backpacks or clothing compared to bulkier models. The 3.5mm jack ensures universal compatibility across the diverse ecosystem of school technology, from Chromebooks and Kindles to tablets and laptops. This versatility makes them a safe bet for schools that cannot guarantee a single device type for every student. The cable length of approximately one meter provides enough slack for movement around a desk while keeping the connection secure, preventing the frustration of tangled wires during group activities.

However, this product is not for everyone. If your primary goal is immersive audio or blocking out hallway noise during standardized testing, these in-ear buds may fall short because they rely on passive fit rather than dedicated sound isolation technology. They also lack any media controls or remote functionality on the cable itself, meaning volume adjustments must happen directly on the source device. While the 1-year warranty offers peace of mind for accidental damage, the trade-off is clear: you gain volume and lightness at the expense of advanced audio control and heavy-duty isolation. These are best purchased when the priority is getting 50 students connected simultaneously with minimal friction.
In contrast, the MUMSTHT Classroom Headphones Bulk cater to scenarios where audio fidelity and concentration are non-negotiable. The inclusion of sound isolation technology is a significant differentiator; unlike the open design of many earbuds, these cups physically block external noise, creating a quiet zone for each student. This feature alone makes them a superior choice for library settings, hospitals, or any environment where distraction management is critical.
Durability is another pillar of the MUMSTHT design. These units are built with reinforced materials and thick cables that can withstand the rough handling typical of young students. The headband features adjustable components and soft ear cushions, ensuring a comfortable fit for both adults and kids alike. A particularly thoughtful design element is the swivel cup mechanism, which allows the earpieces to rotate flat against the headband. This makes stacking and storing the headphones incredibly easy, a practical feature for teachers who need to quickly collect 10 pairs of headphones after a lesson ends. The longer 4-foot cable also offers significantly more freedom of movement than shorter alternatives, reducing the risk of unplugging during active learning sessions.
The trade-off here is primarily in scale and mobility. At only 10 units per pack, this product is not intended for a full-classroom rollout of 30 or 50 students unless you purchase multiple packs. Furthermore, the on-ear design, while comfortable, sits differently on the head than in-ear buds and may feel heavier to some children over extended periods. There is no wireless capability, so students are tethered to their devices, but the touch controller integration suggests a level of modern convenience that basic earbuds often lack. This product shines in smaller group settings like computer labs, special education rooms, or for individualized tutoring where the investment in higher-quality hardware pays off in better student engagement.
• Best for High Volume: Yoley Bulk Earbud Headphones wins decisively with a 50-unit pack, allowing a single teacher to outfit an entire class without buying multiple boxes.
• Best for Audio Isolation: MUMSTHT Classroom Headphones Bulk includes sound isolation technology to block distractions, whereas Yoley relies solely on the seal of the ear tip.
• Best for Durability and Storage: MUMSTHT features reinforced cables and swivel cups for easy stacking, offering a more rugged build compared to the simpler Yoley design.
• Best for Comfort in Small Ears: Yoley’s smaller, lighter in-ear design is explicitly tailored for children and toddlers who might find over-ear bands uncomfortable.
• Best Cable Length: MUMSTHT provides a 4-foot (120 cm) cable, giving students much more range of motion than the 1-meter cable found on the Yoley set.
• Best for Standardized Testing: The sound isolation and stable on-ear fit of MUMSTHT make it the logical choice for exams requiring deep focus and minimal external noise.
• Best for Portability: Yoley’s compact form factor makes them easier to distribute and store in small spaces, ideal for mobile classrooms or field trips.
• Best for Long-Term Wear: Both offer 1-year warranties, but MUMSTHT's adjustable headband and soft cushions are designed specifically for all-day comfort in a stationary setting.
After weighing the specifications and real-world application of both options, I would choose the MUMSTHT Classroom Headphones Bulk for most serious educational environments. While the Yoley option is excellent for sheer quantity, the MUMSTHT headphones offer a level of sound isolation and durability that directly impacts student focus and learning outcomes. In my opinion, the ability to block out distractions is worth the higher per-unit cost and lower pack count, especially for tasks requiring deep concentration. However, if you are outfitting a large gymnasium or a mobile cart for 50 students who just need basic audio, the Yoley Bulk Earbud Headphones remain the undisputed king of value and logistics. Ultimately, for children needing to engage deeply with digital content, the MUMSTHT design provides the necessary tools for success.
Yes, both products feature a standard 3.5mm jack that connects seamlessly to Chromebooks, iPads, Android tablets, and laptops without needing adapters.
The MUMSTHT Classroom Headphones Bulk are superior for this purpose due to their dedicated sound isolation technology and on-ear design that covers the ears completely.
No, the Yoley Bulk Earbud Headphones do not include remote controls or inline buttons; volume must be adjusted directly on the device playing the audio.
The MUMSTHT headphones come with a 4-foot (120 cm) cable, which is significantly longer than the 1-meter cable provided with the Yoley earbuds.
