We produce fruits, vegetables and flowers in acre of land without agricultural chemicals. In addition animal-based feed or petroleum-based plastic. So we strongly recommend for vegan or patients with chemical sensitivity. We go for beyond organic, not organic.
The owner had many opportunities to go and stay abroad on business. He often availed himself of holidays to visit farms and work as a volunteer - biodynamics in German, high-technology agriculture in the Netherlands, urban permaculture in Australia, and corbon farming in California, etc. In 2018, he returned home with high ambitions to start up an agricultural business in Yokohama. And he enrolled the Kanagawa Prefectural Institute of Agriculture. He had worked very hard on practical exercises of cultivation and selling there. Then it follows that he found the good farming land and had formal approval from the municipal administration.
