YOJIM PRIVACY POLICY

1. Introduction Yojim ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by Jonathan Lyder. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Yojim mobile application ("App").
2. Information We Collect We collect the following information when you create an account and use the App:
Name and email address
Profile information including bio, gender, fitness goals, and experience level
Preferred gym location
Photos you choose to upload
Gym status updates you post
Workout schedule information
3. How We Use Your Information We use your information to:
Create and manage your account
Match you with compatible gym partners
Display your profile to other users
Enable gym status and activity features
Improve and maintain the App
Respond to support requests
4. Information Shared With Other Users By using Yojim, you understand that your profile information, photos, gym status, fitness goals, and social handles you choose to add (such as Snapchat or Instagram) will be visible to other users of the App.
5. Information We Do Not Sell We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Data Storage and Security Your data is stored securely. We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
7. Third-Party Services The App may use third-party services (such as Firebase or other backend providers) that have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review those policies.
8. Account Deletion You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below. Upon request, we will delete your personal information within 30 days.
9. Children's Privacy Yojim is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
