Yojim ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by Jonathan Lyder. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Yojim mobile application ("App").

Profile information including bio, gender, fitness goals, and experience level
Preferred gym location
Photos and videos you choose to upload
Gym status updates you post
Workout schedule information

We use your information to:
Create and manage your account
Match you with compatible gym partners
Display your profile to other users
Enable gym status and activity features
Send push notifications about app activity
Improve and maintain the App
Respond to support requests
4. Information Shared With Other Users
By using Yojim, you understand that your profile information, photos, gym status, fitness goals, and social handles you choose to add (such as Snapchat or Instagram) will be visible to other users of the App.
5. Information We Do Not Sell
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase. We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
7. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services including Supabase (database and authentication) and OneSignal (push notifications), which have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review those policies.
8. Account Deletion
You may delete your account directly within the App at any time. Upon deletion, your personal information will be removed from our systems within 30 days.
9. Children's Privacy
Yojim is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
