What is Yoga Progress Tracker?
Yoga Progress Tracker is an app designed to help you track and improve your yoga practice. It organizes yoga poses by difficulty levels (Beginner, Intermediate, Expert) and allows you to mark poses as completed as you progress.
How do I track my progress in the app?
In the "Progress" tab, you can mark poses as completed by tapping the "Mark as Completed" button. Your progress will be saved and displayed with a trophy icon for each completed level.
How can I add a new pose?
Go to any level (Beginner, Intermediate, or Expert), and tap the "+" icon to add a new pose with a description.
