Stretch and Relax with Pregnancy Yoga

5 week courses and weekly drop-in sessions available, subject to space.

These sessions include modified yoga poses, breathing awareness and relaxation techniques to ease mums-to-be through pregnancy and labour. Feel nurtured, calm and comfortable whilst making new friends in your area.

No previous yoga experience necessary, suitable from 12 weeks up until childbirth!
