NEW - Join Meg for Online Classes!
Welcome, and thank you for visiting. I am a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher, and I have been practicing and teaching yoga since 2003. I love to share the benefits of yoga with others and I hope you will join me on this path to create balance, wholeness and joy through the art and science of yoga. The word yoga, comes from a root Sanscrit word Yog, which means "to yoke" or "to join", and in this practice the body is used as a tool to align the mind and create space for the spirit to flow freely. My mission is to create a nurturing, safe space for others to experience all that yoga has to offer, close to home, in Ferndale, WA.
Update: Online Classes will continue until Whatcom County has officially entered Phase 2. At that point check the schedule to see which classes will be offered in the studio!

Meg has always been passionate about the relationship between body, mind and spirit. She studied dance at Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle, where she was introduced to yoga in a class that included performing artists from all disciplines. She finished her studies at Western Washington University's Fairhaven College, and then devoted herself to studying yoga in Iyengar Yoga method. Private lessons are tailored to meet the goals of that individual student - be it improving posture, balance, or strength - or, they can provide a safe, nurturing space to learn relaxing, restorative poses and other techniques to boost your well-bing.
