Come to our OPEN HOUSE, Saturday, Jan 5, 3-6pm!
FREE class week: January 7-10 (see schedule below)
Welcome, and thank you for visiting. I am a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher, and I have been practicing and teaching yoga since 2003. I love to share the benefits of yoga with others and I hope you will join me on this path to create balance, wholeness and joy through the art and science of yoga. The word yoga, comes from a root Sanscrit word Yog, which means "to yoke" or "to join", and in this practice the body is used as a tool to align the mind and create space for the spirit to flow freely. My hope is to create a nurturing, safe space for others to experience all that yoga has to offer, close to home, in Ferndale, WA.
