This Privacy Policy explains how YMusic Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the YMusic mobile application (“YMusic” or “the App”).
YMusic does not require an account to use its core features.
1. Information We Collect
YMusic may access or process:
• Audio and media files selected by you
• Searches, URLs, playlists, favorites, playback history, and app settings
• Downloaded music and files stored on your device
• Device and app information needed for playback, notifications, compatibility, and security
• Information you provide when contacting support
2. Device Permissions
YMusic may request access to:
• Audio and media files for playback, importing, organizing, and exporting
• Notifications for playback controls and download status
• Internet access for music searches, supported providers, downloads, and advertising services
• Background playback and related system features
You can manage permissions through your device settings.
3. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
• Provide playback, search, download, playlist, library, and sharing features
• Store your preferences, playlists, favorites, history, and downloads locally
• Improve performance, stability, and compatibility
• Respond to support requests
• Prevent abuse, fraud, technical problems, and security issues
• Display advertising when advertising is enabled
4. Local Storage
Your music library information, playlists, preferences, history, and downloaded files are primarily stored locally on your device.
We do not automatically upload your local music files, playlists, or downloaded files to our servers unless a feature requires it or you choose to share the information.
Deleting YMusic or clearing its app data may remove locally stored information.
5. Third-Party Services
YMusic may connect to third-party music providers, websites, services, or plugins for search, playback, metadata, lyrics, downloads, and related features.
Third-party services may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party services.
6. Advertising and AppLovin
If advertising is enabled, YMusic may use the AppLovin MAX SDK to request and display advertisements.
AppLovin and its advertising partners may process device information, advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, app activity, diagnostic information, and advertising interaction data, subject to applicable law.

If advertising is disabled in a version of YMusic, the App will not intentionally request or display advertisements through its advertising configuration.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information.
Information may be shared:
• With service providers needed to operate YMusic features
• With advertising providers when advertising is enabled
• When required by law
• To protect users, YMusic Labs, or others
• During a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets
8. Data Retention and Deletion
Information stored locally remains on your device until you delete it, clear the App’s data, or uninstall YMusic.

9. Children’s Privacy
YMusic is not directed to children under 13 or the applicable minimum age in your country.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information handled by YMusic. However, no electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure.

Third-party service providers may process information in countries different from your country of residence.
12. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information.
