Carrie Brown - Europe Learning and Leadership

Hello! I am Carrie Brown and I serve with Young Life Europe on the Learning & Leadership team, focusing on developing and training staff and key leaders so they can lead healthy, sustainable, Christ-centered ministry with teenagers across the continent. My work includes designing and leading trainings, coaching staff, and creating tools and learning pathways that help leaders grow in character, skill, and spiritual depth. When these leaders are equipped, encouraged, and supported, they are better able to show up in the lives of young people, share the good news of Jesus clearly, and build strong local ministries. This page is a glimpse into that ministry and an invitation to pray, connect, and, as God leads, partner so that more kids across Europe can know they are seen, known, and loved by Jesus.

In many countries, fewer than 3% claim a relationship with Jesus, and many people may never personally know a Jesus follower.
Europe is a crossroads of cultures; refugee movements and ongoing social/economic pressures make the moment strategically significant.
