I am a Director in Global Statistical Sciences at Eli Lilly and Company, supporting advanced analytics and quantitative science in R&D. I got my Ph.D from Department of Statistics, University of Wisconsin-Madison. My research interests center around advancing AI and casual inference in clinical drug development, e.g., covariate adjustment, handling of intercurrent events, AI-empowered evidence synthesis and real-world and clinical data integration, and platform trials.
