About me
I am a postdoctoral research associate in Civil and Environmental Engineering department at MIT. My research tackles the global challenge of climate change adaptation and sustainability by maximizing and harnessing the productivity of plants. I develop nano- and bio-technology to engineer plants and enhance the desired plant functions, including climate and disease resilience, carbon capturing, sensing, food, energy and biomaterial production etc. Efficient plant engineering can promote carbon negative food, energy and material production, enabling the shift toward resilient and sustainable society.
