Welcome! I am a PhD candidate at the Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter School of Public Policy at Georgia Tech. 

My research sits at the intersection of technologies and energy policy. I use machine learning and AI for causal inference and prediction to address social challenges and inform decision-making in energy and transportation systems. As an interdisciplinary social scientist and policy scholar, I aim to bridge policy theories and computational tools with real-world policy implications.
