This privacy policy applies to all mobile applications operated by Yichang Yangman Yunke (collectively, the "Application"). Yichang Yangman Yunke is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".

The Application is designed to work offline and does not collect, transmit, or upload personal data to the Service Provider or to any third-party servers.
The Application may store limited gameplay data only on your device, such as:
High scores or best records
Level unlock or progress status
This information stays in local storage on your device (for example, Android SharedPreferences). It is used solely to support game features on that device. The Service Provider does not receive this data.
The Application does not collect:
Internet Protocol (IP) addresses
Analytics about pages viewed, visit times, or time spent
Account information, email addresses, or other personally identifiable information you type in
Advertising identifiers for tracking across apps
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Application does not use cookies, advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, pixels, or similar tracking technologies.
Third-Party Services
The Application does not integrate third-party analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or other data-processing SDKs. No personal data is shared with third parties by the Application.
Your Rights
Because the Service Provider does not collect or store your personal data on its servers, there is generally no personal data held remotely for access, correction, or deletion.
Local gameplay data on your device can be removed by clearing the Application’s storage in your device settings, or by uninstalling the Application. Uninstalling typically deletes local data stored by the Application on that device.

Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have rights under CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising those rights.

Opt-Out / Stopping Local Storage
You can stop further local storage of gameplay data by uninstalling the Application or clearing the Application’s data in your device settings. Uninstalling or clearing data removes local records from that device and does not leave data with the Service Provider, because no such remote copy is created by the Application.
Data Retention
Gameplay data is retained only on your device for as long as the Application remains installed and its local data is not cleared. The Service Provider does not retain Application gameplay data on its servers.
If you contact the Service Provider by email, any information you choose to include in that message may be retained only as needed to respond to your request and as required by law.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 18 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market the Application to them.
The Application does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information to the Service Provider by email or other direct contact, please contact nat0654094875@gmail.com so appropriate steps can be taken.
Security
Because gameplay data remains on your device, its security also depends on your device’s own protections. The Service Provider does not operate a backend that stores Application gameplay data.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting an updated version with an effective date. Where required by law, additional notice or consent will be provided.
