Privacy Policy — 人生一本 (Yiben Life)

This Policy explains how the app “人生一本” (Android package name: com.yiben.life) handles information related to you. It reflects how the product works today. If anything conflicts with store questionnaires or in-app text, this rule controls: we do not upload your life records to the developer.
1. What we do not collect
人生一本 has no accounts and does not operate a server that stores your life records. People, events, things, dates, notes, photos, videos, PDF reports, and backup files you create in the app stay on your device by default. We do not upload that content to ourselves, sell it, or use it for advertising.
We do not collect to our own servers: your name or contact details, location, contacts, advertising IDs, browsing history, or identifiers used for tracking.
2. What is processed on your device
To provide features, the app reads and writes on-device content you enter or choose, such as:
· People, events, and things you add, with their dates and notes
· Photos or videos you attach (photo library access is requested only when you pick media)
· PDF annual reports and backup files you export
· App settings (for example appearance and calendar-related options) and reminder preferences
This information is used only for app functionality—not for tracking and not for ads.
3. Permissions
· Photos / media: requested only when you choose an image or video, so it can be placed in your records or reports. You can use text only; core features work without granting access.
· Notifications (if you turn reminders on): used to notify you on dates such as anniversaries. You may deny system notification permission; reminder flags may still be saved, but the system may not show alerts.
· System share / files: when you export a PDF or backup, the system share sheet lets you choose where the file goes. We do not request “manage all files” style access.
We do not request location or contacts, and we do not include advertising or analytics SDKs. Current product features do not depend on an internet permission.
4. When data may leave your device
Content leaves the device only when you take an action, for example:
· Sharing a PDF or backup through the system share sheet
· Device backups (such as Google Backup) handled under your system account rules—that is Google’s (or the device maker’s) service, not our server
We do not send your records to third parties without your action.
5. Information about minors
This app is not designed for children as its primary audience. Your records may include relatives and photos of minors that you choose to add. The app does not create public links and has no feed, square, or social sharing network. Please use on-device records lawfully and appropriately.
6. Export and deletion
· Export: you can export a backup from Settings and save it where you choose.
· Delete: you can delete all on-device records from Settings. Files you already exported are not affected. Copies that may remain in system backups must be managed in your device/system settings.
Because we do not hold a cloud copy of your life archive, there is no “request account deletion from the developer” flow for cloud data.
7. Changes to this Policy
If how the product works changes (for example, if a future version needs networking), we will update this Policy and notify you in the app or on the store listing. For material changes, we will seek your consent again before continued use where appropriate.

本政策说明「人生一本」（Android 包名：com.yiben.life）如何处理与你有关的信息。我们按产品事实撰写；若与商店问卷或 App 内说明冲突，以「不向开发者上传你的人生记录」为准。
一、我们不收集什么
人生一本没有账号，也不运营用于存放你人生记录的服务器。你在 App 中创建的人、事项、物品、日期、备注、照片、视频，以及本机生成的 PDF 报告与备份文件，默认只保存在你这台设备上。我们不会把上述内容上传给我们，也不会出售或用于广告。
因此，我们不会向自己的服务器收集：姓名与联系方式、位置、通讯录、设备广告标识符、浏览历史，或用于追踪的标识。
二、设备上会处理哪些信息
为提供功能，App 会在本机读写你主动输入或选择的内容，例如：
· 你添加的人、事项、物品及其日期与备注
· 你选择加入的照片或视频（仅在你选图时请求相册相关权限）
· 你导出的年度报告（PDF）与备份文件
· App 设置（如外观、历法相关选项）与提醒开关状态
这些数据用于 App 功能本身，不用于追踪，也不用于向你展示广告。
三、权限
· 相册 / 照片：仅在你点选图片或视频时询问，用于放进记录或报告。你可以只用文字，不授权也能使用核心功能。
· 通知（若你开启提醒）：用于在纪念日等日期提醒你。你可以拒绝系统通知；拒绝后提醒标记仍可保存，但系统可能不会弹出通知。
· 系统分享 / 文件：导出 PDF 或备份时，通过系统分享面板由你自己选择发送到哪里。我们不申请「管理所有文件」类权限。
我们不申请定位、通讯录，也不接入广告或分析 SDK。当前业务功能不依赖联网权限。
四、你是否会把数据发给别人
只有在你主动操作时，内容才可能离开本机，例如：
· 使用系统分享发出 PDF 或备份
· 设备系统备份（如 Google 备份）按你的系统账号规则处理——那是 Google（或设备厂商）的服务，不是我们的服务器
我们不会在你不知情的情况下，把你的记录发送给任何第三方。
五、未成年人相关内容
本 App 不是专为儿童设计的应用。记录中可能包含亲属信息，以及你自己放入的未成年人照片。这些内容不会生成公开链接，也不会出现在任何广场或社交功能中（本产品没有此类功能）。请你合法、适当地使用本机记录功能。
六、你如何导出或删除
· 导出：可在设置中导出备份，自行保存到你选择的位置。
· 删除：可在设置中删除本机全部记录。删除后，已由你导出的文件不受影响；系统备份中是否仍有副本，需你在系统设置中自行处理。
因我们不持有你的云端人生档案，不存在「向开发者申请注销云端账号」的流程。
七、政策更新
若产品事实发生变化（例如将来增加需要联网的功能），我们会更新本政策，并在 App 内或商店页面提示你知悉。重大变更会在你继续使用前尽量再次征求同意。
