2025 Spotlight Ceremony
2025 Spotlight Ceremony
Young Gifted and Broadway hosted its 2nd annual “Spotlight Ceremony” on June 28th, 2025 in the Barrymore Room at the Marriott Marquis. It was a day to celebrate Broadway’s best and brightest young stars. The event is an opportunity to recognize those who were on the stage during the 2024-25 season, both on and off Broadway and a chance to put the spotlight on current and recent Broadway youth performers from MJ The Musical, The Lion King, GYPSY, and more!!
In addition to recognizing the young Broadway performers, the event also honored Broadway kid icon, Ralph Carter, who received the Legacy award as well as the announcement that going forward the annual event will be named the Ralph Carter Awards- or The Carters.
