If you want simple AM/FM listening for gaming breaks, choose Yewrich AM FM Radio; if you need wireless, private audio for gaming, choose C G CHANGEEK Headphones. For gaming, the C G CHANGEEK is the more relevant fit: it is an over-ear wireless headset with a 2.4G transmitter and a stated 10-millisecond latency, while the Yewrich is a portable radio with a headphone jack, not a gaming headset.
That distinction matters more than any head-to-head spec contest. The Yewrich is built to play radio broadcasts through its speaker or wired earphones. The C G CHANGEEK is designed to receive audio from a TV or another compatible device over a wireless connection. Neither is presented as a dedicated gaming headset, so your device’s audio outputs and the way you want to listen should decide the purchase.
• Yewrich AM FM Radio: Its strength is straightforward AM/FM listening, with a built-in 2W speaker and AC or battery power. Its trade-off is that it is a radio, not a wireless gaming headset.
• C G CHANGEEK Headphones: Its strength is private wireless listening with a 2.4G transmitter, a stated 10-millisecond latency, and up to 48 hours of playtime. Its trade-off is that it is designed primarily for TV audio, and compatible audio output is required.
• Pick the Yewrich if you want a simple radio for broadcasts, news, music, or a game on the radio.
• Pick the C G CHANGEEK if you want over-ear headphones for compatible TV or device audio, with more relevance to gaming.
• Neither is an open-ear earbud set: the Yewrich has a speaker and a 3.5mm earphone jack; the C G CHANGEEK uses over-ear cups.
The Yewrich’s purpose is easy to understand: tune in to AM or FM broadcasts and listen through its built-in speaker. Its 2W speaker is intended to fill a room with radio audio, while the 3.5mm earphone jack gives you the option of private, wired listening. A large tuning knob and simple controls make it a practical choice for someone who wants radio operation without a complicated setup.
How We Research
We compare products from their published specs and features; the verdicts below are our independent editorial opinions.
It can run from AC power indoors or from two D-cell batteries outdoors. That gives it a useful role in a yard, campsite, or during a power outage, as long as you supply the batteries for battery-powered use. It is also portable, but its listed design does not include water resistance, so I would not treat it as outdoor-proof.
Choose the Yewrich if your main goal is radio: news, music, or a broadcast of a baseball game. It is also a reasonable option for someone who wants an uncomplicated radio with a speaker and a headphone jack. Skip it if you are shopping for wireless TV audio, a headset mic, or a gaming-focused headphone connection. The product information does not list those features.
For gaming, the radio’s relevance is limited. It may suit someone who likes to keep a radio broadcast on during a break, but it does not replace headphones connected to a game console, TV, or computer. Its headphone jack is wired, and its core job is receiving AM/FM signals.
The C G CHANGEEK is an over-ear wireless headphone set intended mainly for watching TV. It connects through its included transmitter, using an optical audio connection or a 3.5mm audio connection. The package also includes an optical-to-3.5mm converter and a 3.5mm AUX cable. Before choosing it, check that your TV or other device has a compatible audio output; HDMI ARC, RCA, coaxial, or USB connections require an additional converter or adapter.
For someone who wants to listen without disturbing people nearby, the design makes more sense than the Yewrich. Its 2.4G RF connection has a stated range of up to 100 feet, and the manufacturer lists 10-millisecond audio latency. The over-ear cushions provide passive sound isolation, and the built-in battery is rated for up to 48 hours of use per charge, with a stated two-hour charging time.
For gaming, those features make it the more plausible of these two choices, especially if you play through a TV or another source that can connect to the transmitter. The low stated latency is relevant when matching audio to on-screen action. Still, this is described as a TV-optimized headset, not a gaming headset; the information does not list a microphone or dedicated console compatibility. It also is not an open-ear design, so it is not the right match if you specifically want open-ear earbuds for gaming.
Side-by-Side: Which Should You Choose?

• Best for gaming on a compatible TV audio output → C G CHANGEEK Headphones. Its 2.4G connection and stated 10-millisecond latency are more relevant to keeping game sound aligned with the picture.
• Best for simple radio listening during a break → Yewrich AM FM Radio. It needs no TV transmitter setup to tune into AM or FM.
• Best for listening away from the transmitter → C G CHANGEEK Headphones. The listed wireless range is up to 100 feet, provided the connection and surroundings allow it.

• Best for long private listening sessions → C G CHANGEEK Headphones. They are rated for up to 48 hours per charge and have over-ear cushions with passive sound isolation.
• Best for someone seeking open-ear earbuds → Neither. The Yewrich is a radio with an optional wired earphone connection; the C G CHANGEEK is an over-ear headphone set.
The search phrase “best crystal clear calls wireless headphones for gaming” points toward a feature set these product details do not establish: the C G CHANGEEK information does not list a microphone or call controls. Likewise, neither product is described as the “best head phones for gaming” in a broad sense. The C G CHANGEEK simply has more gaming-relevant features of the two, while the Yewrich serves a different purpose.
I would choose the C G CHANGEEK Headphones for gaming, provided my TV or device has a compatible audio output. The wireless transmitter, over-ear fit, and stated low latency make it the more suitable option for private game audio than a standalone AM/FM radio.
I would choose the Yewrich only if radio listening is the real priority. It is the clearer fit for broadcasts and portable radio use, not for replacing a gaming headset.
It has a 3.5mm earphone jack, but its listed function is AM/FM radio reception. The product information does not describe a gaming connection, microphone, or wireless headset capability.
