I am an Assistant Professor in the Technology and Operations Management Department at Rotterdam School of Management.
I am broadly interested in the theory and practice of supply chain management, service operations, and business analytics. My research demonstrates the effectiveness of novel selling strategies that embrace consumer flexibility in e-commerce and service systems.
I obtained my Ph.D. degree at Columbia IEOR in 2021, under the supervision of Professor Adam Elmachtoub. I received my B.S. degree in Mathematics from Fudan University in 2014, and my M.S. degree in Operations Research from Columbia University in 2016. Before joining RSM, I was an assistant professor in the OPAC group at TU/e (2021-2024).
