Research interests
Environmental epidemiology (studies for the health effects of environmental exposure (e.g., climate change, air pollution), Nonparametric/Semiparametric Bayesian hierarchial models, Bayesian spatio-temporal models, Statistical appliations in social science and epidemiology
I am an associate professor in Dept. of Mathematical Sciences, KAIST. I got my Ph.D. in Biostatistics at University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill under the supervision of Prof. David Dunson. I was a postdoctoral research fellow in Biostatistics at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health under the supervision of Prof. Brent Coull and Prof. Francesca Dominici.
