When was this city made?

Unfortunately, the exact date has been lost to time. However, we can only make inferences, based on certain timezones, or their own internal calendar/clocks.

Some have thought it was built in 1986.

Others predict it goes farther than that.

Historians are currently finding the exact year. However, many monuments do have written dates on them, but the dates are written in a different format. This does mean that it's completely different from your own calendar, way to tell the time, etc.
