If you want a discreet, noise-isolating solution for side sleepers or focused work sessions where you need to disappear into your music, choose Yeforu Ear Invisible Earbuds; if you need an open-air design that lets you stay aware of your surroundings while streaming content with style and comfort, choose Domary Earbuds Headphones Open.
• Yeforu Ear Invisible Earbuds: The ultimate choice for ultra-lightweight in-ear isolation and side-sleeping comfort, though it lacks the ambient awareness needed for outdoor safety.
• Domary Earbuds Headphones Open: A stylish, detachable-earring hybrid that offers an airy, open sound experience perfect for glasses wearers, but sacrifices deep bass isolation.
• Best For: Choose Yeforu if you prioritize total silence and sleeping comfort; choose Domary if you want fashion-forward utility and situational awareness.
The Yeforu Ear Invisible Earbuds are engineered for a very specific lifestyle: one that demands invisibility and comfort above all else. At just 2.3 grams per bud, these are among the lightest options on the market, designed specifically to be unnoticeable once inserted. The tiny, mini form factor is not just about aesthetics; it is a functional necessity for people who struggle with bulkier headphones during long shifts or while trying to rest. The silicone earcup design creates a snug fit that effectively isolates ambient noise, which is a game-changer for those who need to block out a noisy environment to focus or wind down.
This product shines brightest for side sleepers. Traditional over-ear headphones or even standard in-ear buds can become painful when lying on your side, pressing against the pillow. Because the Yeforu buds are so small and flat, they do not protrude enough to cause discomfort, allowing you to enjoy music or podcasts without waking up with ear pain. The "invisible" nature of the design means you can wear them during work meetings or casual leisure without drawing attention, making them ideal for professionals who value discretion.
However, this design comes with a trade-off. The very feature that makes them comfortable—being an in-ear seal—is what blocks the outside world. If you are looking for transparency mode to hear traffic or colleagues while walking or working in a shared space, these will isolate you too completely. They are also limited by a battery life of roughly 4 hours of continuous playback before needing a recharge from the case. While the 24-hour total life (including the case) covers a full day, the single-bud endurance requires you to manage charging more frequently than larger batteries might. This product is for the person who values silence, comfort, and a hidden profile over open-ear connectivity.

Domary has taken a different approach with its open-ear headphones, prioritizing situational awareness and aesthetic versatility. These aren't just audio devices; they are wearable accessories. The standout feature here is the inclusion of detachable earrings, transforming the earbuds into jewelry that complements your outfit. Whether you are heading to a workout, a casual coffee date, or a long day at the office, the ability to switch between a functional headphone and a decorative earring adds a layer of personal style that purely utilitarian tech rarely offers.
The physical design is built for those with small ears, long hair, or anyone who wears glasses. Traditional in-ear buds often create pressure points behind the ear where the temple arms of glasses meet the headphone band, causing pinching and fatigue. Domary solves this with an open-ear design that rests gently on the outer rim of the ear rather than inserting into the canal. Weighing 4.5 grams, they are slightly heavier than the Yeforu option but distribute weight in a way that feels secure and pressure-free. This makes them exceptionally suitable for extended wear during workouts or long streaming sessions where ear fatigue is a concern.
Audio performance here focuses on clarity and balance rather than isolation. The open design allows sound to feel airy and naturally immersive, which is fantastic for podcasts, phone calls, and vocal-heavy music. You get clear vocals without the muffled sensation of sealed buds. However, because there is no seal in the ear canal, bass response is naturally less "thumping" than in-ear models. If you are a audiophile who craves deep bass bone conduction headphones for streaming intense action scenes or heavy metal, you might find the sound profile a bit too open. Additionally, while the battery offers 4 to 8 hours of playback, the lack of active noise cancellation means you will hear everything around you, which can be distracting in loud environments. This pick is for the user who wants to stay connected to their environment while enjoying high-quality, balanced audio with a touch of fashion.
• Best for side sleeping → Yeforu Ear Invisible Earbuds (their low-profile shape prevents pillow pressure).
• Best for glasses wearers → Domary Earbuds Headphones Open (open-ear design eliminates temple arm conflict).
• Best for noise isolation → Yeforu Ear Invisible Earbuds (silicone cups effectively block ambient sound).
• Best for situational awareness → Domary Earbuds Headphones Open (open design keeps you aware of your surroundings).
• Best for battery longevity → Domary Earbuds Headphones Open (up to 8 hours on a single charge vs. 4 hours for Yeforu).
• Best for fashion/aesthetics → Domary Earbuds Headphones Open (detachable earrings allow for style customization).
• Best for voice assistant usage → Both work well via Bluetooth, but Domary's open design may offer clearer mic pickup in windy conditions due to lack of occlusion.
• Best for deep bass immersion → Yeforu Ear Invisible Earbuds (sealed fit provides better low-frequency retention).
In my opinion, if I were choosing strictly for a daily driver used primarily for streaming content while staying aware of my environment, I would buy the Domary Earbuds Headphones Open. The combination of the open-ear design, which protects my hearing health and situational awareness, and the unique detachable earrings offers a level of versatility and comfort that the sealed Yeforu buds simply cannot match. While the Yeforu option is superior for sleeping or total isolation, the Domary buds provide a more robust solution for the average day-to-day workflow where you need to balance audio enjoyment with real-world interaction.
The Domary earbuds naturally function as a transparency solution since they do not block the ear canal, allowing you to hear external sounds clearly. The Yeforu buds provide sound isolation instead, blocking outside noise entirely.
Yes, the open-ear design is specifically engineered to avoid the pinching and slipping issues common with in-ear buds when worn alongside eyeglasses.
The Domary earbuds offer a longer single-charge duration, lasting between 4 to 8 hours, whereas the Yeforu earbuds provide approximately 4 hours of continuous playback per charge.
Neither uses bone conduction technology; however, the Yeforu in-ear design will deliver deeper perceived bass due to the sealed acoustic environment, while the Domary open design prioritizes vocal clarity and airiness.
