Yee Rui Koh

Welcome to my website. 

As an engineer in the semiconductor industry, I am driven by a passion for continuous learning and self-improvement. My research journey spans a broad spectrum of disciplines: I began with a focus on metallurgy during my undergraduate studies, transitioned to electronic devices in graduate school, and later specialized in nanoscale heat transfer during my Ph.D. and postdoctoral research. Currently, I lead efforts in both optical hardware design and functional development for high-precision position control systems in scanning electron microscopy (SEM) machines.
