Today I will take gentle care of myself and use my energy respectfully, while at the same time knowing that I can choose to share a heart of connection with others.
Mourning is the expression of grief that gradually leads to acceptance and healing. Some of this expression is experienced with others, and some in solitude. I will find a balance and make an effort to speak with one other person today.
Healing from grief takes time. It’s okay to take time for myself.
It can be harmful to my mental and physical health to spend too much time alone. I will go out for a walk and welcome opportunities for conversation, however small.
