I recognize I am holding tension in my body. This is normal, and I can consciously relax, even if it is only one part of my body at a time.
I will have realistic expectations of myself today. If I don’t do everything I planned, I will give myself a break.
The day may have some unexpected events but I can feel moments of peace today by taking a few moments to breathe, to be in my body, knowing there is love in the world.
